For the drylin® W product range, igus® supplies rail profiles in customised curved designs. Especially for requirements in operator ergonomics, for example, monitors and control elements are guided in a radius to ensure easy and safe accessibility. Completely new standards can also be set in design and construction in stage technology or in the driver's cab of commercial vehicles, where monitors must be easily accessible. The new curve guides in size 06 are available as a semi-circle. This allows you to achieve tight radii of up to 100 mm when travelling around bends thanks to the flexible three-point mounting of the carriage. Radii of up to 75 mm are even available for concave or convex rails. Here, a slim monoblock linear slide with four bearing points ensures easy adjustment.
