This is where the new conductive ball transfer units come into play, as they can move loads smoothly and lubrication-free in all directions. To protect transported goods and people from uncontrolled discharge, igus has developed the tribopolymer xirodur F182 for its ball transfer units. The new material is particularly durable and has already proven its electrostatic discharge capacity in tests.
