Metallic rod end with internal thread, iglidur X inner ring
igubal KCLM-X and KCRM-X with metal housing - rod ends with internal thread for high loads and high temperatures
The igubal KCLM and KCRM rod ends with metal housing, stainless steel spherical ball (1.4305) and external thread offer an attractive alternative to traditional rod ends. They compensate for misalignment and edge loads and are suitable for particularly demanding applications thanks to their high breaking strength. The plastic inner ring made of iglidur X is equipped with a solid lubricant that is released in microscopically small quantities over time and ensures maintenance-free dry running. The material is temperature-resistant from -100°C to +250°C and can withstand temperatures of up to +315°C for short periods.
The igubal 2.0 rod ends are used in many industries to transmit dynamic forces in swivel, tilting and rotary movements. Shaft diameter, thread direction, thread type and housing material can be selected, whereby zinc die-cast and stainless steel die-cast (1.4301) are available.
