ZLX - Better performance for toothed belt axis

Discover the new generation of compact linear axes. The high profile of this axis has been developed with a completely new geometry. A robust, corrosion-resistant, clear anodised profile that makes it very easy to connect to aluminium construction profiles. It has a large number of grooves for attaching accessories. The outer profile is characterized by a simple and very robust connection of electric motors to the deflections. The heart of the movement is the drylin W linear guide in size 16, which is integrated inside the profile. The carriage design offers variable fastening options thanks to grooves and sliding blocks that are completely protected from external influences. In addition, the belt tension can be easily adjusted without dismantling individual components. The linear plain films made of iglidur J200 offer a long service life with fast and slow adjustments. Combined with a wide, coated timing belt with a large deflection diameter, the ZLX achieves the best possible performance values. The ZLX toothed belt axis can be used both in individual operation or in combination in various portal superstructures (XX, XXY, XXYZ).
