FDA-compliant toothed belt axis

New in the building blocks of toothed belt axes is the drylin® ZLW-20-HYD. All metallic components are made of highly resistant stainless steel, the design is based on the hygienic design guidelines. They enable easy, fast cleaning processes and meet the requirements for clean and hygienic operation. Toothed belts and all bearing points are made of FDA-compliant materials and guarantee a long service life. Due to the self-lubrication of the igus® polymers, the ZLW-20-HYD is completely lubrication and maintenance-free. This toothed belt axis is used in underwater applications, in the food sector, in cosmetics and in medical technology.
