Flexible material

The flexible material of the easy chain and the secure hold of the pin/bore thanks to the push button principle make slight torsional and rotational movements possible.

Multi-chamber principle

Thanks to the partially moulded interior separation and the multi-chamber principle, there is no need to retrofit interior separations. You save assembly time and your cables are already optimally divided in the energy chain.

The "easy" opening mechanism

Cables and hoses can simply be pushed into the chain with the thumb. This saves up to 80% assembly time.

The easy chain is always available in two versions and can be filled with cables and hoses either from the outside or from the inside.

Push button on pin

The chain links are guaranteed to stay securely together even under high loads and slight torsion.

Small pitch, "smooth operation

Due to the reduced polygon effect, the easy chain has a quieter rolling noise. Quiet running, 42dB(A) determined in the igus laboratory, with v= 1m/s and series E06.10.038.0

Strain relief

With the strain relief directly on the mounting bracket, you can secure your cable quickly and easily using a cable tie.

igumid NB material standard

easy chains are all UL94 V2 classified. The material extinguishes within 30 seconds.

Rectangular end cap

Due to the rectangular geometry, the force distribution is much better than with a round stop-dog (formula surface pressure, p=F/A).

Suitable for cleanrooms

Tested according to Fraunhofer Institute IPA: Standard material - ISO Class 2 according to standard ISO 14644-1
