This electronic group develops a forward-looking sonar system for maritime operations. It is positioned in the ship’s hull. The prerequisite was a linear bearing system that is seawater suitable and that can manage high loads with minimal motion and that can resist vibrations. Metal variants did not come into question, but the products from the series drylin® R fulfills all requirements in this aggressive environment.
