Fibre composite bearings for high loads

Carry high loads without additional lubrication. Unlike conventional steel bearings, the TX heavy-duty bearings consist of a robust fibre composite in the outer shell and a sliding-optimised and self-lubricating material on the inside. This combines the advantages of durability and freedom from maintenance. Complex maintenance measures and inadequate lubrication are a thing of the past.

The benefits at a glance

✅ Save costs: No lubrication

✅ Save time: No regular maintenance

✅ Save on downtime: No inadequate lubrication

✅ Save nerves: Tested in the lab and in practice

Energy chain for long travels

The P4HD roller energy chain was developed for the next generation of container cranes. Thanks to the principle of "rolling instead of sliding", friction is minimised, resulting in optimum chain movement even in combination with high loads and long travels. For particularly long trolley travels, sensor modules monitor the condition of the chain or cables and ensure safe operation.

The benefits at a glance

✅ Save costs: Save 57% on drive power

✅ Save time: Low maintenance effort

✅ Save on downtime: Condition monitoring

✅ Save nerves: In use worldwide

Flexible shore power supply

As of 2030, container and passenger ships will have to cover their entire electricity requirements with shore power when they dock in major EU harbours. The iMSPO is a mobile socket that connects ships to shore power that can be moved flexibly along the quay. Connection is quick and easy and does not disrupt the handling of container ships. This ensures efficient harbour operations.

The benefits at a glance

✅ Save costs: Only ONE socket on the quay

✅ Save time: Can be moved automatically on the quay

✅ Save on downtime: Proven, long-lasting technology

✅ Save nerves: Fewer structural measures
