Iggy Rob - Humanoid robotics for industrial applications
Meet Iggy Rob, the smart service robot from igus! He transports components flexibly through factory halls, performs reception tasks with a friendly smile or reliably washes dishes in the canteen. Thanks to its virtual face in the display, LIDAR sensors and 3D cameras in the chest area and vehicle, Iggy navigates effortlessly through factories, lobbies or canteens.

Its two ReBeL Cobot arms with bionic hands grip like a human and have an impressive reach of 664 mm and a load capacity of 2 kg per arm. With a speed of up to 45°/s, Iggy completes its tasks quickly and efficiently.

Mobility is ensured by the AMR base from the ReBeLMove Pro, which impresses with a load capacity of 50 kg and a payload of up to 100 kg. The strong three-point mounting and the focus on modern infrastructures make the Iggy Rob a reliable helper. It works continuously for up to 8 hours on a single charge - ideal for industrial use.

Igus Robot Control on board
Users can use the free igus® Robot Control software to simulate the individual movements of the robot on a 3D surface, without even having to connect the Iggy Rob. The humanoid helper can be easily integrated into modern robot environments via the AMR's specially developed ROS2 interface. In accordance with the VDE 5050 interface, Iggy Rob is approved for fleet management and has CE certification.
