Radius protector for TRCF.65.100.0

The most expensive and sensitive component in laser welding is the process fibre. To provide the best possible protection, igus has developed the radius protector for the TRCF.65.100.0 Energy chain developed. The radius protector is specially designed for highly dynamic applications and ensures maximum radius stability thanks to its wide load-bearing surface. Attaching the protector to any chain link of the TRCF.65.100.0 increases the bend radius from 100mm to 200mm. This prevents the process fibre from bending excessively, thereby extending its service life.
